Sizes:

• Tiny:
  • Average Size: Up to 2.5" x 2.5" (or 2.5" on the longest side)
  • Good for: Small branding, neck tags, hat embellishments, pockets, subtle sleeve details, small accents.
• Small:
  • Average Size: Up to 4.5" x 4.5" (or 4.5" on the longest side)
  • Good for: Left chest logos, smaller youth shirt designs, individual patches, small back-of-neck designs.
• Medium:
  • Average Size: Up to 8" x 8" (or 8" on the longest side)
  • Good for: Center chest on youth or smaller adult shirts, smaller full front designs, larger sleeve designs.
• Large:
  • Average Size: Up to 11" x 11" (or 11" on the longest side)
  • Good for: Standard full front adult designs, full back on youth shirts, bold statements on adult shirts. This is generally the largest common size that fits well on most standard adult t-shirts without being "oversized."
